Our many breeds

It's true we started with Flemish Giants but our rabbitry has grown from those initial three bunnies to over 60 something total with a wide variety of breeds.  Click on the breed name go to our web page for those animals.

AMERICANS
These are mostly a mom project, although Michelle also has 1 doe at this time.  They run from 9 to 15 pounds and are recognized in both Blue and White varieties (we have both varieties).

AMERICAN FUZZY LOPS   These little bundles of character are about 4 pounds and come in both solid and broken varieties in  19 different colors.  We focus mostly on self and shaded varieties with a minimal amount of agouti and wide band for fun.

FLEMISH GIANTS   These gentle giants are amazing.  They are like having a small dog around (without the noise).  They come in 7 recognized varieties and should be at least 13 pounds for bucks and 14 pounds for does.  We currently have the sandy variety.

MINI REX    These make up a good majority of our herd.  They run up to 4 1/4 pounds for buck and 4 1/2 pounds for does and come in a total of 17 recognized colors curently.  We currently have solid and brokens in black, chocolate, castor, otters (in black, chocolate and lilac), and tortes.  These are the "crushed velvet" coated bunnies with super sweet temperments.  If your looking for a pet rabbit this is one of the breeds we recommend, especially for first time bunny owners.

POLISH   These are one of the smallest of all the breeds.  This is a new adventure for us so come back soon to see more about "the Little Aristocrat".  This is another breed we highly recommend for a pet, especially for first time bunny owners.

TANS   Oh boy, how do you describe a tan.  Well if you think of a medium fine boned bunny with ADHD (not on medications) and you have our little Sparkey.  These are absolutely striking animals in both poise and color.  These are a breed that are shown "on the run" literally, meaning that the judge evaluates them while the run back and forth on the table. They come in 4 varieties and weigh up to 5 1/2 pounds for bucks and 6 pounds for does.  These are NOT for a beginner to handle as they can be a more challenging temperment to work with.
